Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment.
Red Ink Club primarily focuses on custom medium and large-scale red ink projects. Due to the nature of the work, not all project requests will be accepted.
If your project is selected, you will be contacted with further details regarding the design process, scheduling, and deposit requirements.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit will be deducted from the final tattoo price.
No appointment is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits compensate for time reserved, preparation, consultation, and design work.

Appointments may be rescheduled once, provided that at least 48 hours' notice is given.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of the deposit.
If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible. Health and safety always come first, and I will do my best to arrange a new appointment date.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
A deposit may only be transferred to one new appointment. If the rescheduled appointment is missed, cancelled, or changed again, the original deposit will be forfeited.
Should you wish to proceed with the project after losing the deposit, a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Clients who do not attend a rescheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and must submit a new deposit before any future booking can be confirmed.

Project pricing is determined individually based on scale, placement, complexity, and estimated session length.
All pricing will be discussed and confirmed before the appointment.

All designs are created specifically for each client or unless it is selected from flash projects, which can also be adapted to client requirements. Everything according to clients idea with a combination of my style.
Designs are typically presented on the day of the appointment.
Minor adjustments may be made where appropriate.
Designs remain the intellectual property of Red Ink Club and may not be copied, reproduced, shared with other artists, or used without permission.

Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are physically able to receive a tattoo and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns.
Red Ink Club reserves the right to refuse service if tattooing is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

Red Ink Club specializes in red ink tattooing.
As with any tattoo pigment, individual reactions may vary. While professional-grade materials and strict hygiene standards are used at all times, no guarantees can be made regarding individual healing results or skin reactions.
Clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with tattooing.

Proper aftercare is essential for successful healing.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided after the appointment.
Healing outcomes may vary depending on individual skin characteristics, lifestyle, health conditions, and aftercare practices.

Photographs and videos of completed tattoos may be taken for portfolio, website, social media, educational, and promotional purposes.
If you have concerns regarding photography or publication, please discuss them before your appointment.

Appointments booked during guest spots, conventions, or travel dates are subject to different deposit terms.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the estimated project price is required to secure all guest spot appointments.
This deposit confirms and reserves your appointment slot and cannot be refunded, transferred, or rescheduled.
Due to the limited availability of guest spot dates and the short timeframe involved, cancelled appointments are often impossible to refill. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and accept that your reservation is final.
If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, including personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or travel-related issues, the deposit will be forfeited.
Should you wish to book a new appointment in the future, a new deposit will be required.
Red Ink Club reserves the right to refuse any project, appointment, or service at its sole discretion.
